Position Title: Territory Manager/Sales - Full Time
Location: NE Iowa-NW Iowa
Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Manager on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients, expanding our customer base, and promoting value-added precision agricultural Additionally, managing seasonal soil sampling crews is a key aspect of this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate seasonal soil sampling crews, ensuring efficient and accurate sample collection.
Assist in the recruitment of seasonal samplers.
Service existing clients in the region, addressing their agricultural needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building and sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
Uphold company standards and represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field is an asset.
Sales experience and demonstrated success in agricultural sales is an asset.
Strong agronomic background.
Previous management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
