Office Location: Onalaska, WI Position Location: Onsite through training period.
Flexible work arrangements are available with onsite requirements of Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Purpose & Summary: As an ITAD Outbound Sales Executive at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you'll play a pivotal role in the movement of outbound ITAD equipment, orchestrating sales and purchasing transactions to drive success.
This involves a service-driven approach to maintain and enhance customer relationships, coordinate shipments, and manage back-office activities including sales account maintenance, invoicing, and transactional data compilation.
Your contributions will support our purpose of protecting the planet while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include: Coordinating the wholesale movement of ITAD equipment, ensuring optimal sales execution and transaction coordination.
Maintaining robust relationships with customers, handling issues and feedback with professionalism to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Developing and managing price lists for materials, working closely with the corporate and scrap upstream sales teams.
Managing inventory reports and audits, contributing to inventory accuracy and management improvements.
Compiling and analyzing sales data to support strategic decisions, utilizing ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Excel among other tools.
Required Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Associate's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Over one year of experience in customer service and account management, with a preference for B2B service or account management experience.
Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in customer service, administrative practices, and effective communication.
Strong negotiation skills, time management, task organization, and prioritization.
Professional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen aptitude for data entry, analytics, and report management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and report development are preferred.
Outstanding candidates will also have: Basic accounting and financial knowledge, familiarity with ERP, CRM, and accounting software systems.
IT/Electronics industry knowledge and familiarity with E-commerce practices.
