Due to Kwik Trip’s continued growth and success, we are adding a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist.
While best known for our product and service offerings to our 8 million retail guests each week throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, a lesser-known fact is that beautiful La Crosse, WI is home to our ever expanding 140+ acre support campus.
Our La Crosse Campus includes a wide variety of production facilities, distribution center, truck maintenance facility, transportation/logistics, store construction, fuel trading, sales, and pretty much every support department you can imagine a 38,000-co-worker strong organization would have.
Our Accounting department has an opportunity for an individual to secure revenue and to provide guest service as a part of the Treasury Department.
This highly self-motivated individual will have the opportunity to assist in maintaining the department through the following responsibilities:
Post customer and vendor payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
Post all incoming payments from bank files
Ensure all revenues are recorded accurately and deposited in a timely manner
Create invoices and submit for approval through our billing group
Perform administrative duties to maintain organization within the Accounts Receivable process
Provide customer service to our Miscellaneous Receivables, Collection, and Kwik Card customers and our stores
Qualifications: Associate degree in an applicable field, and/or 1-3 years’ experience in experience in an accounting related field, specifically as a Bank Teller, Accounts Receivable Clerk, etc.
This individual must also possess a friendly and outgoing personality and have demonstrated the following in previous employment:
High level of customer service
Knowledge of banking practices
Ability to work with a variety of individuals from executives to co-workers
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Organized and detail orientated
Possess excellent math skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results
Ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Operate personal computers with excellent typing and 10 key punch skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of AS400, SAP, High Radius, Bloodhound, and Onbase software systems is a plus.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Typically, Monday through Friday with the hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
Some weekends may be needed.
