Our passion is YOU and helping you achieve your goals, one day at a time! The Role: Our Billing Analyst is responsible for providing billing services to Venture Fuels, our rapidly-growing wholesale petroleum company.
You will generate customer invoices, resolve discrepancies from our vendors, and aid in other administrative duties as needed.
Part-Time Hours: Between 7:30a-4:00p Monday through Friday.
Up to 30 hours/week.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Analyze sales invoices for accuracy Request and process paperwork for invoicing Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices and credit card settlements Work with internal accounting team on a variety of tasks as needed Required Qualifications: Associates in Accounting or related field or minimum 2 years of related work experience Microsoft Office experience Exceptional problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills The ability to work as a team and meet deadlines High attention to detail Nesnah Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer
