Reports To: Financial Planning & Analysis Director (FP&A)

Under the direction of the Financial Planning & Analysis Director, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares long-range plans, annual plans and quarterly forecasts
Prepares financial reports comparing actual results against budgets
Serves as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
Performs weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
Prepares financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results
Serves as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
Develops KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard
Collaborates with Finance team on Ad Hoc projects involving company financial analysis and reporting
Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience
CPA or MBA preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business
Strong business acumen and judgment
Ability to effectively simplify and communicate financial issues with associates and vendors outside of Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel
Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Professional presence is required
Occasional travel may be required
