Dealership Accountant _Reiser Implement, Waukon IA_ *Job Details* Post transactions and reconcile the weekly manufacturer factory parts and machinery statements Coordinate employee health insurance policies with insurance company Monitor daily balances, manage checkbook Process monthly manufacturer floorplan statements Reconcile inventory to dealer statement Record and reconcile certain vendor payable statements Enter end of month closeout entries as well as yearly Manage company sales taxes and payroll taxes: monthly, quarterly and yearly Complete data entry with HBS system Partner with bank in ensuring correct entries, withdrawals and processing loans Manage dealership curtailments and payments *Education and Experience* Accounting degree preferred Double entry accounting is a must *Skills and Abilities* Competent with computers and Excel spreadsheets Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Peachtree Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to establish priorities and organize efficiently Demonstrate self-discipline Exhibit motivation to go above and beyond the minimum standard *Benefits* Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Paid Holidays Vacation Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.
