Location: Onalaska, WI Position Structure: Hybrid or 100% onsite (Relocation Required) Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Standard Quarterly Profit Sharing Total Compensation: $70,000 - $96,000 annually Purpose & Summary: Dynamic is dedicated to fostering an environmentally conscious organization, emphasizing growth and sustainability.
As the Finance Analyst, you will be pivotal in guiding the company's financial operations, offering strategic financial direction, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a finance professional to leave a substantial mark in an expanding organization.
Responsibilities include: Serving as the financial business partner to all SG&A departments.
Developing and managing budgets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasts for each department head.
Conducting quarterly SG&A reviews for each department, highlighting MTD/YTD financials, ROY/FY forecasts, and project updates.
Implementing advanced financial reporting tools to aid leadership in decision-making, with focus areas like NPD Reporting, Labor tracking, Inflation/Deflation reporting, and more.
Collaborating with leadership to integrate Dynamic's business processes with financial reporting.
Preparing monthly financial packages, operations review, profitability reviews, CAPEX management, and other tasks as requested by leadership.
Overseeing Financial Planning and Analysis: managing financial budgets, forecasts, and models while analyzing data to support strategic decisions.
Ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and presenting financial statements and dashboards to senior management.
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with a preference for Masters or higher.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with a comprehensive understanding of business accounting.
Experience in manufacturing or operations is a significant advantage.
While a CPA or MBA is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Successful Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of business processes and their integration into accounting.
They should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality and efficiency.
Confidentiality, self-assessment, and continuous improvement are essential traits for this role.
Skill & Abilities: Proficiency in FP&A, cost accounting, and/or manufacturing accounting.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Financial Management and Analytical Skills.
Social Intelligence and Problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand business processes.
Desired skills include cost accounting experience, expertise within the manufacturing or recycling industry, and project management skills, especially in coordinating projects involving Finance/Accounting and other Divisions/Departments.
Outstanding candidates will have experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry and familiarity with Business Intelligence systems.
