*Vital Functions:*
* Accounting and/or finance related responsibilities; including proforma development and finance work as it pertains to real estate development and operations.
* Provide broad administrative support to current development team as it relates to research, entitlement, and real estate development processes and operations.
* Responsibilities as it relates to managing and coordinating schedules, emails and other real estate specific details for the development team.
*Vital Tasks*
* Works closely with the development team in managing real estate project details, communications, and project schedules.
* Be the “gate keeper” to the leadership team’s calendar, schedules, and project management functions.
* Review and critique development proformas, manage project details and organize critical development items.
* Fully manage the entitlement process for new developments, meeting schedule deadlines, submittal requirements, critical title work, and key finance accountability for project funding.
* Must work closely with elected officials, government employees, and neighborhood groups in a collaborative and productive manner to bring projects to successful completion.
Must be discerning enough to bite your tongue, smile, and be very respectful of collaborative partners.
* Have the ability to respond professionally to outside communications of the leadership team as requested.
* Shall work closely with the CEO, Chief Development Officer (CDO), and CFO to manage projects, communicate to team progress of projects, and meet deadlines for the projects.
* Shall be the gate keeper for the CEO.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, effectively communicate commitments, and communicate on behalf of the CEO.
* Serve as a bridge between the development of new projects and the operations team.
* Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
* Possesses strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
* Shall have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, team members, external partners and the community.
* Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
* Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Must be courageous enough to advocate for convictions with supporting context & information.
* Must have the ability and be accountable for strong financial communication skills with the ability to explain complex deal and finance structure.
* Working knowledge of NMTC, HTC, TIF and LIHTC would be very beneficial.

*Education and Experience*
* Must have a BS or BA degree and a three-year proven record in accounting and/or finance or real estate related field.
* Real Estate paralegal and/or real estate entitlement and development background would be a bonus to this position.
* Experience with LIHTC, HTC, or NMTC would be a strong bonus to this position.
* Social media and Office 365 are required.
Strong skills in Excel and spreadsheet development are critical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
