*Position Summary*: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department.
*Principal Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
* Assist in maintaining proper records of employee leaves and attendance
* Assist with new hire onboarding process
* Assist employees with benefit enrollment as needed
* Ensure accurate communication with employees and timely resolution to their questions
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
* Maintain safety and OSHA record-keeping.
* Act as a liaison in the Workers Compensation process.
* Update and maintain employee files
* Perform file audits to ensure all required documentation is collected and maintained
* Promote company culture and employee engagement
* Create and submit online job postings
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all situations
* Assist with additional HR needs as requested.
*Language Standards:*
* Must speak, understand, and write fluently in English
*Minimum Requirements:*
* 1+ year of HR or administrative experience
* Associates degree or higher in HR, Business Management, or related field
* Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
* Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
* Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Capability to work under pressure to meet multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
* A valid driver’s license
* Familiarity with UKG (_Ultimate Software/Kronos_) is preferred but not required
