Altra’s Business Banking Department is seeking a Business Banking Intern to provide support and gain exposure to core Business Banking functions.
Responsibilities will include:
* Manage the electronic member filing directory; majority of intern’s time will be spent scanning paper member files to produce electronic files for easier access and retention.
* Assist Processors with new, renewed, and modified loan assembly, scanning, filing and review of files, as needed.
* Performing searches on borrowers and principals, as needed.
The Business Banking Intern position is a part-time temporary position; 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday with hours and days based on the student’s schedule of availability, during the school semesters.
Interns are able to work up to 40-hours per week during the summer months.
The internship will be six (6) months in length and could be extended for an additional time beyond the six-month timeframe, with mutual consent from Altra and the student and depending on the workload needs, hours of availability of the student and the student’s status in school.
This internship will take place at Altra’s La Crosse Losey Boulevard office in La Crosse, WI or at the Business Banking Building in Onalaska, WI.
To be considered for the Business Banking Intern position, you are required to have a High School diploma, GED/HSED and must be a current student pursuing a college or technical degree for consideration into the internship program.
Finance, Accounting, or Business Management majors preferred.
Altra would prefer you have a minimum one (1) year of office, financial institution, or customer service experience.
Pay and Benefits:
