* Substance Abuse Certification(SAC) or SAC-IT for employment or training in our substance abuse rehabilitation partnership within our medical clinics.
* Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide therapy services independently or with supervision.
* Internship applicants must be enrolled in a qualifying degree program.
*HOURS OF WORK:* * 30 Billable Hours per week = Full Time employment, salary and full benefit package.
* 20 Billable Hours per week = Part Time employment, with part time benefit package available.
* Individual employment contracts are also available outside of full or part time employment for established licensed therapists.

* Complete, maintain and submit required treatment records and documentation utilizing our Electronic Health Record.

* Work to create meaningful change in our communities and in rural locations; provide services and work collaboratively with other providers and other agencies to expand services.
