_Spiritual:_

_Administrative:_
● Act as the school's chief executive officer, reporting to the board.

● Represent CCS in media, fundraisers, and other external engagements.
_Instructional:_
● Oversee teaching and learning, collaborating on curriculum development.
● Champion professional growth and evaluation of all staff.
● Address student issues in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
_Operational:_
● Administer the operating budget and ensure financial health.
● Drive enrollment, marketing, and development strategies.
● Oversee student recruitment and integration.
● Foster relationships with churches represented within CCS.
