Propane furnace w/ chimney pipe - $700 (Genoa)

Purchased new in 2018 as a back up for the wood stove.
Only got used maybe once a month when I was traveling.
Had no problem heating a 1000sqft single story house.
Has a thermostat on it that works in 5 degree increments starting at 55 I believe.
Comes with all the stove pipe pictured.
Also included is a brand new blower, never installed still in the box.
I had bought the blower thinking I'd need it but it heated just fine without it.
Be great for a shop or small house as a primary heat source or a back up.
Asking $700 obo would also be willing to trade for a wood stove of similar value.
