As a part-time cook you will produce and create quality menu items assigned to your station according to TG's menu recipes and specifications.

*Essential Functions:*
Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe
Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces
Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items
Set up workstations

*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:*
Part-Time.
Days and hours of work are varied between Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a.
m and 12 a.
m.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays.
Requirements:*Required for employment:*
* Successfully complete SERV Safe food handlers course and exam
* Attend training sessions and huddles to gain product knowledge and keep up to date on all hospitality changes
*Physical Demands:* This is largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift.
Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold are present in a kitchen environment.
Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks.
