Production Sanitation Worker (Overnights, Sweets Bakery)

Join our overnight _*Bakery Sanitation Crew*_ and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Bakery up to our high standards.
In this role, you will perform the following tasks: * Disassemble and assemble industrial bakery equipment * Complete cleaning and sanitizing of industrial bakery equipment * Properly dispense, concentrate and titrate chemicals * Operate trash compactors * Work on ladders and scissor lifts * Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the bakery area and all other duties as assigned *Work Schedules: * * Monday through Friday working *7:00pm to 3:00am* * Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (overtime) working *8:00pm to 4:00am* * Sunday through Thursday and rotating Saturdays (overtime) working *8:00pm to 4:00am* * Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working *6:30pm to 4:30am* *Qualifications:* Accurate/detail oriented; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards; willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks; work in a fast paced production environment; work in a noisy environment frequently; work well alone/with others; work with minimal supervision; basic math aptitude; read/follow cleaning labels/instructions; work in a safety conscious environment.
_Prior sanitation/janitorial experience is a plus.
_ Physical qualifications: lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel/squat occasionally.
