*Position Overview:* As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential houses and potentially assisting with commercial properties as our contracts grow.
You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks following our detailed checklist to ensure that all spaces are left in pristine condition.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform thorough cleaning tasks as outlined in the provided checklist for residential properties.
* Assist in cleaning commercial properties as contracts are secured.
* Follow company standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during cleaning procedures.
* Report any maintenance issues or client feedback to the team promptly.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve cleaning objectives efficiently.
* Uphold a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light at all times.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Reliable transportation to reach various job locations.
Please NOTE that you will be using your own vehicle to get to cleaning jobs.
Employees will use a Mileage tracker to track miles during working hours to be reimbursed.
* Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
