Job Description
The primary role of the Developer I position is to collaborate within a small team of developers and business analysts to develop and modify custom business applications and reports.
This role will work directly with business stakeholders and IT management to elicit requirements, provide ideas for improvements, and deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholder and business process needs while ensuring that pre-defined coding standard practices are followed.
Work with other developers, project managers, architects, business analysts and other departments to develop new technology and expand into existing applications
Develop medium to large scale applications with medium complexity
Design, develop and implement business applications using current technologies
Develop design documents such as technical specifications, functional requirements, object modules, system test plans, technical and user documentation
Ensure successful completion of projects that meet requirements
Provide support to maintain existing applications
Participate in Team Code Reviews
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
1 - 3 Years
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors
Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3 - 5 Years
