* We're looking for candidates who have a minimum of a decade of hands-on experience with *D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform within the CRM industry*.
* Must possess functional knowledge in at least one *D365 CE module*
* Strong programming skills in *Java and J2EE* are Mandatory
* Familiarity with both *web-based and client-server systems architecture* is necessary to effectively design and implement robust solutions.
* Candidates must have a solid understanding of *SQL, with experience in SQL Server* or equivalent databases.
* The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members at all levels is key to success in this role.
Candidates should be able to gather requirements and perform analysis with customers to ensure project alignment.
* Familiarity with *WebSphere development technologies, Java Springboot, and microservices architecture* is highly desirable.
* Experience with *cloud-based development and deployment* is preferrable.
* Familiarity with Additional Tools and Technologies such as *Siebel/Microsoft Dynamics, Nice InContact, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Git/Jira, FileNet Suite of products, Jasper Reports/PDF document processing, Junit, Maven, Log4j, SoapUI, Corticon Rules Engine technology, WebSphere Liberty, and Sitecore Web CMS* is a plus.
* *Experience in Public Retirement Systems is desirable*
