’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time IT Integration/Support Analyst, to primarily serve as the IT Subject Matter Expert for our UiPath Robotic Process Automation software.
This person will be involved with:
Developing solutions in UiPath Robotic Process Automation solution
Support & troubleshooting
Serve as a knowledge expert/super user
Software administration & configuration
Implementation, documentation, and training
Coordinating test plans & scripting
Recommending vendor relationship efficiencies
Reporting & analytics
Research & innovation planning, and other responsibilities related to RPA software
Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two year college, as well as two or more years’ experience as a business or IT software specialist.
Candidates should possess the following:
Experience with a modern coding language (C#, Python, Javascript, Ruby, R, Rust, etc.
), database query language, low-code/no-code IDE (integrated development environment), and modern data exchange formats (XML, CSV, JSON etc.
).
Knowledge of standardized workflow and process requirement gathering.
Experience with RPA solutions or software automation tools preferred.
Knowledge of Agile project management methods.
Experience with monitoring system logs and providing details and analysis.
Experience with help desk ticketing software.
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to educate individuals on new systems as well as changing software features and functionalities.
Ability to develop approaches to solving problems in new business situations and technical environments.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department directors, managers, co-workers, and external vendors.
Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
