*’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Salesforce Platform Owner to join our Team of I/T based Business Analysts.
*Position Overview:*
As the Salesforce Platform Owner, you will be at the forefront of our Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for shaping and optimizing the platform to drive business success.
Your extensive Salesforce knowledge and architectural expertise will be instrumental in achieving our Salesforce goals.
*Role:*
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce governance strategy, including data management, security, and compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a strategic roadmap for the Salesforce platform, aligning with business objectives.
* Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and developers.
* Lead customization efforts, including workflow automation, custom objects, and fields, to meet business requirements.
* Implement best practices for data quality, cleansing, and deduplication.
* Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and third-party solution providers.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues promptly.
* Maintain detailed documentation of platform configurations, integrations, and customizations.
*Qualifications*:
* Associate’s degree or equivalent degree from a two year college
* 3+ years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce
* Strong expertise in Salesforce system architecture
* Salesforce certifications is a plus (Administrator, Platform Dev, System Architecture are a few)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Project management experience is a bonus
* A commitment to staying updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies
*Candidates should possess the following:*
* Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce system architectures to make informed decisions, ensure scalability, and optimize performance.
* Experience with using Visualforce and Lightning Components
* Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Apex, REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs
* Outstanding organization skills, including ability to handle multiple assignments or projects concurrently
* Knowledge of Agile project management and ITIL methodology
* Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA
* Previous experience working with executive management, employing the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
* Experience or knowledge of current security best practices and procedures
*Successful candidates should demonstrate:*
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, and project planning
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed functional design specifications
*Work Schedule:* Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.

Pay: From $82,308.
