The focus of the Technical Product Release Manager is to become the technical expert and ensure a swift roll out of new products.
The position requires this role to work with engineering, product management, tech support and the training department to roll out new products.
This includes supporting new products in the field, creating documentation like quick guides, and technical trainings.
Additionally, the position will work with technical documentation to ensure accurate regional manual roll out.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with engineering and product management on new product roll out to ensure NAM requirements are met
Become the technical expert on new product roll out
Work with technical documentation department to create manuals for NAM
Create quick guides for new products
Create training documentation for technical trainings
Support sales trainings
Support milk path installations
Support project execution for both CMS and AMS installations
Core trainer for new products and existing products as applicable
Update existing training courses
Support creation of online training courses and face to face classes
Alignment with project manager to ensure support for buildup of AMS and CMS installations
Support direct sales
Support technical installations in the field
Travel up to 60%
Your profile and qualifications:
4 year technical degree or related discipline and/or 8-10 years experience in a dairy equipment service technician position
Deep knowledge of dairy equipment, milk paths, R9500 robot systems, and milking equipment.
Training experience is required
