The Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will be responsible for collaborating with internal developers, business analysts, project managers and implementation partner to facilitate the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the Dynamics 365 Finance platform.
This includes maintaining the Power Platform environment, maintaining data and system integrations, supporting user experiences, and implementing enhancements to address gaps, defects, and future business needs.
Responsibilities: Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the Power Platform environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Configure and maintain cloud-hosted environments.
User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Create user guides and training materials as needed.
Customization and Development: Work closely with developers to customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality based on business requirements.
Create and modify workflows, entities, forms, and reports as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.
Security and Access Control: Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
Administer user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Integration and Data Management: Facilitate data integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Monitor and optimize data migration processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Skills and Abilities In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and modules a plus.
Experience with security administration and access control in Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management in Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes in Dynamics 365 Finance.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance best practices and functionality.
Experience with D365 Finance interfacing and integration.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot errors and develop solutions under tight deadlines.
Strong data management abilities with an understanding of data governance and how the Dynamics 365 Finance data fits in with an overall company data model.
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
A demonstrated ability to understand complex requirements and combine them with business best practices to translate requirements into functionality.
Must be capable of multi-tasking and working both as a team and independently.
Must be well organized and have a strong attention to detail.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy, tact, and confidentiality when dealing with customers (internal and external) Must be willing to travel on an as-needed basis.
Attendance is an essential function of the position.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Education and Experience Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification or equivalent experience Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification or equivalent experience Experience in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus.
Must be skilled with working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have an aptitude for meeting deadlines.
