Front Desk Night Audit - Overnight

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions.
Duties: - Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus - Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Multilingual abilities, particularly English and another language, are highly desirable - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Ability to upsell hotel services and amenities If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
