*Responsibilities*
* Perform daily operational tasks related to the function, safety, and cleanliness of the fitness facility
* Complete new member orientation and activation to include the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, waiver and release of liability forms, and facility rules and etiquette paperwork
* Accurately and properly maintain ongoing membership files and attendance
* Deliver one-on-one exercise instruction and demonstration for general equipment usage
* Contribute to the development of member exercise program plans based upon fitness and health coaching summary (if applicable) or per the details of a personal exercise program
*Job Requirements:*
* CPR/AED Certification
*Desired:*
* Bachelors of Exercise Sports Science, Physiology, Kinesiology or related field
* NCCA Certified Personal Trainer credentials or other Specialty Instructor credentials
* Completion of a professional undergraduate internship; Instructional delivery in a formal setting; Independent lesson preparation and proper technique demonstration
* Desired: >6 months experience in a fitness setting
