Livestock Veterinary Clinic Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for serving farmers and supporting agriculture to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have farm experience, a positive attitude, and great attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients scheduling routine and emergency veterinary care - Communicate effectively with clients both in the office and on the phone - Coordinate appointments and provide information on services offered - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations - Assist in inventory management, stocking product, and general cleaning Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Familiarity with animal husbandry or farming is a plus - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to multitask and work efficiently - No expectation to have existing veterinary knowledge, we will provide necessary training Benefits: - IRA retirement plan matching after 1 year of employment - Contribution toward health insurance after 90 days - Health insurance options vary depending on FT/PT About Us: - A team of 5 livestock veterinarians and 2 customer service representatives - All veterinary work is done on-farm, mostly in Vernon and Monroe Counties - We pride ourselves in serving area farmers and their animals continuously since 1947 - We value the relationships we have with our customers and our community If you are passionate about our local farming community and possess excellent customer service skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding Customer Service Representative position.
