Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information in the system.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers.
- Experience with upselling or sales techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
