We are seeking an experienced customer support representative to grow with our company.
About Us:
We are a medicinal mushroom health supplement company.
We offer an all-natural, wild-crafted, organic and vegan product.
It is used to treat a variety of serious health conditions, particularly chronic conditions like cancer and auto-immune disorders.
Duties:
+Answer calls representing our company, products, and values
+Respond to emails with absolute professionalism
+Manage FB comments/messages
+Helping customers place orders
Crucial qualifications:
+5 years of customer support experience
+Very comfortable with technical/computer duties
+Must be willing to work Saturdays (5 hours)
+Excellent internet connection, good work from home setup
+Emotional empathy and compassion
+Good communication and time management skills
Pay:
We offer up to two weeks of paid training starting at $15/hr.
After training, starting hourly wage will be between $18-$20/hr, depending on experience.
