Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States.
Our leaders serve a diverse sector of the RV resort / hospitality industry.
We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.
The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our campground facilities during our peak season.
This role involves handling various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with day-to-day operations to enhance the overall camper experience.
This role will report to the General Manager.
This is a seasonal position as the season is from April to October.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet visitors and campers, providing friendly and informative assistance.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking merchandise as needed.
Provide administrative support to campground management, including drafting correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Follow campground policies and procedures, enforcing rules and regulations to ensure camper safety and satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the campground.
Assist with filing any team member certifications.
Assist Guest Relations Manager with social media messages.
Assist with purchasing and monitoring office supplies.
Using our review monitoring systems, watch for trends (good and bad) and bring those to the attention of the General Manager.
Help organize job fairs for the Camp-Resort.
Help marketing organize any RV Shows the property will attend.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years' experience preferred.
Basic computer skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues
Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire
Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possess exceptional guest relations skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the seasonal nature of the position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting, stooping, sitting, walking, stretching, and ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
Employee is exposed to outdoor weather conditions (hot and humid, rainy, extreme temperatures, airborne particles).
