*What does a driver's day look like?*Arrival: 8:00 AM.
Get your route assignments, prepare the Amazon branded vehicle, load the van and begin the route between 8:30 AM - 9:10 AM.
Shifts can range from 8-10 hrs.
depending on route size.
Employee's average 25 stops per hour and 150-275 packages a day.
Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL is Required! Paid Training!*Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities*
* Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
* Use a handheld device for routing information, and customer delivery information.
* Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
* Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
Load and unload packages to be delivered
* Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
* Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
* Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
