Overview and Responsibilities:
Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks to hire a Coordinator who is eager to contribute to its Lasallian Catholic mission of awakening, nurturing, and empowering learners to ethical lives of service and leadership.

The Coordinator will provide high level administrative support to the offices of Accreditation, Compliance and Assessment (ACA) and Institutional Effectiveness (IE).
This position will have direct responsibility for managing professional licensure disclosure, regulatory document management and some compliance related reporting.
Provide administrative support for the Office of Accreditation, Compliance and Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness
Collaborate with the director and program faculty to research, interpret, and monitor state licensing requirements in all U.
S.
jurisdictions to inform student advising needs and licensure disclosure messaging
Assist with reporting requirements for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and NC-SARA
Work with the Director to manage a centralized and sustainable licensure education, compliance, and audit infrastructure, including maintenance of licensing database, training for recruitment and development of licensure education tools
Assist the Assistant Director of Assessment and Accreditation with management of documentation of assessment activities
Assist with development and ongoing management of webpages for the offices
Support the course evaluation process
Support data collection efforts internally, collaborate on reporting projects and develop data visualizations using Excel and other software
Assist with project management, as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Functions:
Research skills – ability to read and interpret federal and state regulations while getting up to speed on higher education regulations and requirements
Demonstrated ability to take direction, while also able to work under limited supervision and exercise independent judgment and initiative
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment and efficiency
Attention to detail and ability to accurately review and validate data
Clarity in verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
Proficient in Google applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn other key technologies as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of higher education and regulatory landscape preferred, but not required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education preferred, but not required
May consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of training and experience
