General Description / Summary -
Professional Trainer with a primary focus is to increase a company's productivity by teaching employees' new skills and knowledge.
Reports to - HR Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
Help Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking and training is needed.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Assist in the preparation of multi-media training materials
Ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role
Develop employee training schedules
Assist in the delivery of training materials in a classroom or work environment
May spend time delivering training in a classroom or work environment.
Locate online educational resources
Communicating training needs to management
Maintain a database of all training materials
Monitoring training costs
Qualifications-
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Educational Level-
Bachelor's Degree in education, business, human resources, or related field or hold a technical degree in Machining and experience of more than 1 year,
Previous Experience-
5 years' experience in machining or related field
Physical Demands-
Generally, works in an office environment.
However, the employee is frequently on plant floor which has moderate noise level.
