We will be processing her 2-20-24.
Typically dry hang 7-10 days minimum pending our schedule.
We process right here on the farm in our MDA Custom Exempt Butcher Shop.
Asking $4/pound Hanging Weight plus Processing.
Each Quarter will be around 200 pounds hanging.
