RYOBI 40V HP Brushless Cordless Earth Auger - $275

I purchased this earth auger, the extension set, and manual post-hole digger in 2022 to put in 8 supplemental posts for my deck.
The existed posts were starting to rot.
It was heavy clay that the auger was cutting through and I needed the 20” extension to get down 42” as required by code.
Filled a tube with concrete and put the new posts onto the concrete posts.
I was amazed by the power of this cordless auger.
The reviews on Home Depot are overwhelmingly positive.
Online videos are also very positive, which why I purchased it.
Hung on to it in 2023 for a friend that thought he might need it – he didn’t.
