Looking to borrow money build home (La Crosse)

Hi I’m looking for a loan to build home.
I am a caregiver I’m 66 and disabled sister 74 we sick of paying high rent its a nice place but I could build and pay half or less than I am now I have I 7+ years of rental receipts paying 1300-1525 a month Income of 3400 month Can verify My credit poor mostly on ID theft.
Have basically no debt No credit cards no car payment.
