For sale is a 2-year old sofa sleeper from Flexsteel.
It’s a loveseat and mattress is twin size.
Slept on only twice, and the mattress is actually comfortable! Purchased as a custom item from Slumberland for $1,200.

**Important: the loveseat is currently located in the basement of my home.
As part of this purchase, the buyer and some extra muscle will need to carry it up one flight of stairs and directly out the front door.
I promise it will be worth it!!** COLOR: Please note the actual color of the loveseat is a subtle steel blue-gray with discreet taupe herringbone design.
The photos make the loveseat look to be a true gray, but in daylight it has more of a hint of blue.
UPHOLSTERY: Custom designer grade.
