Seeking out business partners (La Crosse)

I am looking for trustworthy and confident enough people to help me start up my very own business ideas.
I have the names and some details of them, but just no way of financing them at all yet.
Eventhough I may not know that much about opening up and managing businesses yet I am definitely willing to completely learn as much as possible.
Personally, I am a very hard working person who is absolutely willing to do whatever it takes to start making a fortune, along with the help of others, in order to help better develop both myself and such an undeveloped world as unfortunately this still is someday soon.
By the way, I think this could maybe potentially be a very good learning opportunity for any current and former business students who might be looking to get a start in their business career.
This would also include any “political junkies”, since it’s ALL ABOUT MONEY (especially when it comes to Politics, of course) too.
