*Responsibilities*
Drafting of standard Family Law documents to include Letters, Court Orders, Standard Forms and occasionally more complex documents such as Motions with direction from Attorney.
Handle and supervise scheduling of matters.
Handle client contacts, letters and messages to clients.
*Qualifications*
Education (paralegal) or equivalent experience preferred.
Verbal and written communication communication skills, computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and Google.
Self starter who is not intimidated to ask questions when needed.
Good people skills with respect understanding and empathy for people going through the shock, confusion, anguish and anger related to their matters.
Understanding of Attorney confidentiality rules and keeping identity of clients and their matters in strict secrecy.
Professionalism at all times.
*Additional Experience with the Following will be considered:*
Legal Assistant, Attorney, Counsel, Legal Secretary, Family Law Legal Assistant.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $39,500.
00 per year
Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
