*Gundersen Health System is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our in-house Legal team, located in La Crosse, WI.
*This position will handle a variety of matters including general health care, risk mitigation, employee and labor relations, regulatory and contractual, and business.

* Work collaboratively across departments to anticipate, identify, and manage Gundersen's legal issues.
* Develop strategies and offer advice and innovative solutions to improve outcomes, efficiencies and the patient experience within the parameters of the law.

*What you'll need: *
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* 5-7 years of experience handling general health care, risk mitigation, business, and contractual matters
* Licensed to Practice Law in the State of WI (LPL) OR eligible for in-house exception
* Ability to work on site in La Crosse, WI 3 days/week
* This is a full time position, M-F, standard business hours and will rotate call 1 week per month.
