As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in corporate compliance strategies and ensuring our company operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMPLIANCE OFFICER:
Maintain a company-wide risk assessment program including assistance with risk evaluations
Responsible for the oversight and testing of the Company Policy and Procedure Manual
Consistent focus on current and prospective regulatory and industry changes
Support the Internal Auditor and coordinate internal and external audit coverage
Chair the Risk Committee
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
3-5 Years previous compliance experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills which include: relationship development, listening, oral and written communication, decision making, organizing, executing and implementing plans, team building and work coordination.
