Silver ring (La Crosse, WI)

I have lost a small silver ring with a repeating design on it.
I don't have a picture of it but I've attached a sample of what it looked like.
The repeating design is that of pachamama (the swirling image).
This holds an incredible amount of sentimental value as it was a memento from the last trip taken with a friend who has since passed away.
If found, I would most appreciate its return!
