Hesgard Collision Center is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager.
Qualified candidates will aid our Location Manager on day to day management operations and existing staff by providing labor work orders, assisting with initial and supplement estimate approvals, as well as final billing operations.
Assistant Manager can be delegated tasks such as leading morning production staff meetings, and updating vehicles on site statuses in our management system, as well as customer and insurance communications.
Persons with Collision Industry administrative experience, specifically in the areas of production management and/or damage estimating are encouraged to apply, as this is a growth opportunity.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare repair damage assessments in an accurate and timely manner.
* Keep Parts and Production staff current on workload and critical job task and changes
* Assist Location Manager in keeping track of in process repairs, and keeping communication throughout departments current
* Researching OEM repair procedures and adding documentation to job files
* Work with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs while keeping a good standing relationship
* Attend and collaborate with team during daily production meetings
*Qualifications*
* 5 years industry experience, specifically in collision damage and/or estimating
* Insurance claims experience a plus
* Strong interpersonal communication skills required
* I-Car certifications a plus
* Proficient in the use of estimating software, ideally CCC One
* Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $60,000.
