ATTENTION:
First American is looking to hire a Production Manager to lead our team in successfully executing a superior customer experience during the production phase.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for making good things great through effective leadership, process improvement, self-development and out-of-the-box thinking.
This individual will be hands-on in learning our current processes while fostering creativity within the team to continuously improve to keep First American in the forefront of our industry.
Effective communication and leadership skills are crucial for this position as communicating with our customers and leading our employed crews and subcontracted crews is necessary.
Purpose:
The Production Manager is responsible for carrying out assigned duties that support our company mission: To be the contractor of choice in our community, the client of choice for our trade partners and the employer of choice in our community.
These duties may include but are not limited to:
Leadership:
Effectively lead our production team including employee coaching, performance management, hiring and onboarding new employees.
Provide support in the scheduling, production and follow up phase of the customer lifecycle.
Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Participate in leadership and self-development activities and trainings with the Management team.
Subcontractor/Vendor Management:
Actively recruit new subcontractors as needed while ensuring all insurance requirements are met and integrate them into our CRM system.
Production Processes
Prioritize a positive customer experience by ensuring effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
Identify and implement workflow process improvement.
Provide support to our Project Manager and team in the scheduling, production and follow up phase of the customer lifecycle.
Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues as needed.
To qualify for this team you must:
Be an effective communicator.
Have 3+ years of leadership experience.
Be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
Demonstrate strong work ethic.
Follow and enforce safety requirements.
Work standard office hours onsite with the ability to be on call as needed.
