Business Operations Lead

Central States Warehouse is looking for a Business Operations Lead.
We are looking for someone special, someone who will give it their all and grow with the company as our Business Operations Lead.
This role will have many responsibilities including understanding, managing, and negotiating retail/commercial leases and 3PL warehousing contracts, interacting with our customers, researching/analyzing the market and our rate structure, and advertising available space.

* Manage and negotiate lease agreements and 3PL contracts with new and existing tenants.
* Resolve customer issues.
* Market research and advertising available space to grow the business.
*Experience / Skills:* * Excellent Communication Skills * Property Management / Real-estate Experience * Problem Solving Skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

*Compensation:* * $14.
50/hr starting pay.
* Paid holidays and vacation accrual.
*Hours of Operation:* 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.
