JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the supervision and reporting to the CFO, the Systems Manager maintains the computer system to minimize system down time and provides technical support for the Company's software and hardware for the computer systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Maintain company computer system hardware and software to achieve 99.
999% computer system up-time during office working hours.
Recommend and negotiate computer hardware and peripheral equipment purchases.
Load computer software updates on servers and personal computers.
Administration of all database sets to include SQL, FireBird, Access.
Produce custom reports, using Power BI, which provide required information to management, as needed.
Establish personal computer network system and maintain server and network environments.
Connect remote sites into the network system.
Have working knowledge with VMWare, Vsphere, VSan, SAN, VPN, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2019, SQL, Terminal Services, RDS, Active Directory, Firewalls, Hybrid Cloud, and ERP Systems.
Maintain current knowledge of hardware and software developments that will fulfill company information system needs.
Maintain company's security and sub systems connectivity and deployment, security camera's, VOIP, Fire, A/V media, time keeping.
Train company personnel on use and maintenance of assigned I.
T.
equipment and sub systems.
Administrate cloud email platforms, Adobe environment, Microsoft Licensing environment Security Licensing and platform.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the CFO.
Maintain network of 70 pc's.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and operating procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from company management and other employees concerning general management information systems concerns and the operation of the Company's computer systems.
