Oneota Golf & Country Club, Decorah, IA is looking to hire a Food & Beverage Manager to its team.
The Food & Beverage Manager would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dining room and bar area, ensuring product and service quality, consistency, and team member development on all levels.
In addition, this position is responsible for meeting all company and state health department rules and regulations.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Coordinates all club food and beverage needs
* Event planning for club events, parties and receptions
* Administers menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control procedures, and end of month inventory
* Coordinates menu planning with head chef
* Communicates with General Manager/Golf Professional to ensure operational objectives are being met
*Minimum Requirements:*
Associate degree or equivalent experience; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
*Other Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS system
* Demonstrates great hospitality and customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Salary:*
Commensurate
