The Role:
The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of all financial planning and reporting for the Nesnah family of businesses and related partners in meeting their strategic objectives.
In this role, you will work in conjunction with the CFO, the Nesnah Management Team and the Accounting Team.
The Senior Accounting Manager is also responsible for the preparation of all combined and consolidated financial statements, review of all underlying financial statements, and management of the day-to-day accounting activities for Nesnah entities.
Your Contributions:
Manage, analyze, organize, and report data assimilated by accounting staff for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements, performing initial review and analysis
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, post month end journal entries, and accrue expenses as needed
Analyze data and compare to system reports for proper preparation for timely reporting and financial statements
Supervise and provide guidance and support accounting staff
Initiate process improvement and implement new procedures
Track and communicate financial KPI's related to company performance and incentive plans
Participate in organization strategic projects
Qualification and Experiences:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Excellent strategic and business mindset
Strong team building skills
Solid understanding of financial analysis and business operations
Possession of the “Five I’s” of Leadership – Intellect, Innovation & Creativity, Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity
