The Director of Finance & Human Resources position at Rockweiler Appliance & TV offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
In addition to the base salary, the Director of Finance & Human Resources is eligible for profit share contributions, 401k match, comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage, and paid vacation time.

This includes managing accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and reconciling bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
You will also play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and optimizing cash flow to support Rockweiler's day-to-day operations.
In collaboration with the CEO, you will prepare the business for tax obligations and evaluate the overall financial health of the company.
Your expertise will be pivotal in creating and managing budgets, tracking credits from suppliers, and ensuring efficient inventory management with other company officers.
Additionally, you will oversee the organization's truck fleet information, insurance, and related details, facilitating smooth logistics operations.
