’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Scrum Master, responsible for the Agile Development Principles and their adoption in the Information Technology teams.
As a Scrum Master Resource Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for:
* Helping the Scrum Team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint.
* Facilitating the daily scrum to ensure the work is being completed that has been agreed to for the current sprint by the team.
* Working with the team to continually make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
* Reviewing backlog with product owners.
* Resource planning: determine resources required to meet business requirements, goals, timeline for assigned projects.
*Qualifications*:
* Candidate must be willing to work Onsite in La Crosse, WI.
* Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
* At least two years’ experience in Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology, Application Design, Application programming, and Project Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of the following:
* One or more of the following programming languages: SQL, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, C+ or.
Net
* Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology
* Application architecture and design principles
* Project Management concepts and terminology
* Web concepts and terminology
* Microsoft software suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, etc.
).
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
* Working experience using SQL
* Working experience utilizing best-practice file transfer processes (FTP, SFTP, XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, Stored- procedures, etc.
)
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Skill in interviewing customers for insight on functionality, interface, problems and/or usability issues
* Skills in task and time management
* Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple activities/tasks in a rapid changing environment to meet project deadlines
* Ability to maintain confidential information
* Ability to work both independently and in a team, environment consisting of both IT and non IT coworker/vendors
* Ability to analyze complex systems, anticipate future needs and provide concise, thorough solutions
* Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams
* Ability to resolve high priority support issues
* Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
*Work Schedule:* Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $72,242.
