Our work environment includes: * Regular social events * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Lively atmosphere Restaurant Manager Duties: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and employee scheduling - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability - Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional service - Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and quality control - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant - Monitor and maintain proper cash handling procedures Skills: - Strong background in food service and food service management - Proficient in inventory control and cost management - Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a leadership role - Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food production processes and quality standards - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proven track record in team management and staff development If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to create memorable dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
