*Job Title:* Mulligan's Bar & Grill Kitchen Lead/Supervisor
*Reports to:* Sous Chef, Executive Chef
*Wage status:* Hourly $17-$19 per hour
*Education *ServSafe Certification preferred but can attain one through work once hired.
*Experience *Culinary/Food & Beverage experienced required.
*Communication *Must be able to communicate, delegate, and supervise a diverse work force.
*Qualifications:*
*Physical Demands *Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, and have the ability to withstand heat for periods of time.
*Mental Demands *The ability to stay calm during peak hours of operation and fulfill requests without getting flustered, ability to multitask cooking and supervising demands, and the ability to stay organized on a daily business.
*Cooking Demands *Prepare, cook, and plate food in a very consistent manner on a daily basis.
Ability to quality control the taste and presentation of products.
*Supervising Demands*
Daily tasks including managing all food products in the kitchen and walk-ins, filling out order guides, waste logs, inventory, and daily task sheets.
You will also be responsible for keeping all kitchen staff clean, organized, and on task.
*Flexibility in the Workplace*
La Crosse Country Club kitchen employees may be asked to work in both of our kitchens at any time or move from one kitchen to the other during a particular shift.
Additionally, kitchen duties can span to banquets and outdoor activities.
